Why run a channel this way
The hard part of a faceless channel isn't one good video. It's the next 300. This system takes the daily grind off your plate.
Your daily job: one report
After a few evenings of setup, Claude runs the whole pipeline on a schedule. Each morning you read a short report; most days the "Needs you" line says Nothing.
A video every single day
Posting daily is what grows these channels, and it's what people quit. The agents keep a buffer of finished videos, so busy weeks don't break your streak.
Three review gates
Nothing goes out without passing a fact-checker, a script reviewer and a video reviewer. Wrong facts and off-model frames get fixed, not published.
Gets better every week
The researcher studies what's working for similar accounts, and every agent writes down its own lessons, so run 30 is better than run 1.
Any niche, your character
Point it at the questions your audience asks: how things work, history, space, cooking science. You design the host; the system keeps them consistent.
$4.99, then your own tools
No subscription to us. It runs on Claude and free, open-source tools for 3D, voice and video, plus a scheduler to post.
Where the money comes from
A daily channel with a recognisable host opens several ways to earn. The playbook covers each one.
- Creator payoutsVideos of 2 to 3 minutes fit the length rules of TikTok's and YouTube's creator programs.
- SponsorsA clear niche and a consistent character are easy for brands to understand.
- Your own productsGuides, books or merch for the audience your host builds.
We don't promise income: what you earn depends on your niche, your host and how long you keep going.
What you get
Not a vague course about "going viral". The actual files the channel runs on, with the channel's details swapped for blanks you fill in.

How a video gets made, every day
A coordinator agent wakes up on a schedule, runs each role in order and writes every step to a Google Sheet. You get one short report in the morning.
- 1. Idea researcherStudies the top posts of similar accounts and scores new topics.
- 2. ScriptwriterWrites the script, scene plan and caption in your host's voice.
- 3. Technical reviewerChecks every claim against two sources. Wrong facts never ship.
- 4. Script reviewerGrades the hook, structure, length and voice.
- 5. Video producerBuilds the scenes, generates the voice, renders the MP4.
- 6. Video reviewerChecks specs, frames, captions and that the host stays on-model.
- 7. Schedule managerPicks the slot and finalizes caption and hashtags.
- 8. PublisherSchedules it on Instagram and TikTok.
- 9. CoordinatorRuns them all, keeps a usage budget, sends the report.
Posts go out on their own
The publisher agent uploads each video and schedules it on Instagram and TikTok through a social media scheduler that Claude can control, so nobody has to press "post". The playbook shows the exact setup we use, step by step.
- Connect your channels once
- Give Claude the connector
- Every approved video gets a slot
- It goes out at the same time every day
Questions
What do I need to run it?
A Claude plan with scheduled tasks and the Google Drive, Docs and Sheets connectors, a private GitHub repo, and a social media scheduler Claude can connect to for publishing. The playbook lists everything.
Do I need to know how to code?
It helps. The videos are rendered in code (Three.js, a free text-to-speech voice and ffmpeg), and you build the first one together with Claude. If you'd rather use another video tool, you only change the video producer's instructions; the rest of the system stays the same.
Does it include Grandpa?
No. Grandpa, his 3D model and his voice stay with this channel. You design your own host with the character brief template, which is what makes your channel yours.
Will this make me money?
It's a system for publishing consistently, not a promise of views or income. What you earn depends on your niche, your host and how long you stick with it.
How do I get the files?
Right after paying you're taken to the download page. Payment is handled securely by Stripe, and the download page has an email address for questions.
