Picking the question
Every video starts with something people wonder about: questions left in the comments, things folks search for, and what's caught on in the "how it works" world lately. Each idea gets scored on one thing above all: would you stop scrolling to find out?
Writing it Grandpa's way
The explanation gets broken into 3 to 6 parts, each one you can see move, plus one fact most people never knew. Short sentences, no jargon left unexplained, two to three minutes, start to finish.
The fact-checker
Before anything gets drawn, every claim in the script is checked against at least two solid sources, like textbooks, universities and engineering references. Anything that's wrong, misleading or can't be confirmed gets rewritten. Grandpa doesn't get to fib, not even a little.
Building the workshop
Every scene is built in low-poly 3D, part by part, so the engine, the lock or the fridge can be cut open and shown moving from the inside. Then it's checked again, to make sure things turn the right way and every label sits on the right part.
Grandpa's voice
His voice is generated by a text-to-speech model, one sentence at a time, so he can slow down for the important bits. It's the same voice and the same Grandpa in every video, and every one is checked against his reference pictures before it goes out.
Out the door
Once it passes the final inspection, the video goes up on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Then the crew starts on the next question. Maybe yours.
